DISTRIBUTOR DO'S AND DON'TS
Distributors must ensure that all street names covered are recorded on their report sheet.
Distributors must ensure that any overstock is reported so that it can be collected.
Distributors must ensure that their distribution delivery is always kept in a watertight area.
Distributors must ensure that they inform head office if there is any reason why they cannot carry out a distribution they have committed to.
Distributors must respect people's property and wishes. If there is a sign saying no leaflets or flyers distributors are expected to respect the householders wishes.
Distributors must always be attentive to health and safety issues.

Distributors must make arrangements to take receipt of their leaflet delivery or arrange to collect any missed delivery from the couriers distribution depot.
Distributors are aware that should they leave they must arrange for any remaining leaflets to be returned to our distribution depot - the costs of which will be met by the distributor. Any distributor retaining leaflets will be charged for the cost of the print and any other losses suffered by Trusty leaflet Distribution as a result of their failure to organise a return to stock of leaflets.
If a distributor receives a delivery of leaflets and is unavailable to take receipt and those leaflets are taken to our couriers delivery depot then the distributor promises to collect the leaflet delivery from the delivery depot before the courier returns them back to Trusty Leaflet Distribution. Any costs suffered as a result of non collection of the delivery from the courier by the Leaflet Distributor shall be met by the distributor in question.
Should any distributor be found to have treated leaflets or property belonging to Trusty Leaflet Distribution or any client of Trusty Leaflet Distribution in a neglectful manner or caused wastage or loss of business they will be charged accordingly and agree to pay such charges. This includes where a distributor fails to deliver leaflets as promised and the company has to refund clients distribution charges. Distributors will be invoiced for these losses and will either have the monies taken off outstanding invoices to them or will be invoiced and promises to pay for the losses suffered.
