  1. How much notice is needed to carry out a leaflet distribution?
    We normally need 10 working days notice from the time of a confirmed booking to start an efficient distribution. For large distributions or projects more time may be needed.  Sometimes we can arrange an urgent job quicker. 
  2. How do I get my products or leaflets to Trusty Leaflet Distribution so that they can be distributed?
    We will give you clear delivery instructions once your order is confirmed.

  3. How will I know that my leaflets have been distributed?
    The telephone should be ringing with new business for you however please bear in mind that we are not a lead generation service - we can only deliver your leaflets and results will vary according to several factors outside of our work. Solus leaflet distribution will normally produce better results than shareplan leaflet distribution and do please remember that people sometimes do not respond immediately to leaflets.  We have knowne people keep leaflets for up to 2 years before they respond.
  4. You can also email us for an update on where we are up to with the delivery. Sometimes bad weather will delay your distribution but we usually catch up quite quickly.
  5. What if I want to become a Trusty Leaflet Distributor?
    Please go to the 'become a leaflet distributor' page and submit your application. We only use experienced leaflet distributors with their own transport.
  6. Are There Any Special Instructions I Need To Follow When Sending My Leaflets To Trusty Leaflet Distribution?  Yes.  You need to ensure that your leaflets are bundled into 500 leaflet quantities (using elastic bands is easy) and that the box that you deliver them in complies with health and safety.  You also need to ensure that your box has a leaflet taped to the outside so it can clearly be identified.  If you are in any doubt we can provide more information.          
  7. How long will it take for my leaflets to be delivered?
    This depends on the distribution method and the quantities involved. We will discuss this with you when you make your booking. However, our policy is always ‘less haste, more quality’.

  9. What are the typical response rates?
    Successful response to a leaflet depends on various factors such as the ‘effectiveness of the leaflet itself’, seasonal influences, the type of product or service you are marketing, whether your leaflet has been delivered on a solus leaflet distribution or shareplan leaflet distribution basis, the size of the market that you are trying to cater for, etc.,so there are no 'typical' response rates. However, research by the Direct Marketing Association shows that:
    1. 62-71% of consumers find door drops useful.

    2. 48% have visited a store, bought a product or sent for information as a result of a door drop.

    3. 79% keep, pass on, read or glance at door drops
